What if Dart manages to take over at a significantly lower valuation than your price target? He might be looking to acquire the business for himself and force shareholders to agree to a lower price.

my dad told me about a law in sweden which exists to protect minority shareholders. that the buyer must pay at least the highest price they paid for the shares during the 6 months prior to the bid... but its been trading at steady for 600SEK... guess thats the floor. but what i mentioned here that dart is going to buy the company is touted to be more of a conspiracy than a certainty. he is known as a passive investor.

Interesting take! As someone else commented the track record so far is not that of an activist investor, on the other hand, the 30% threshold definitely could be a trigger.

Nice reasoning but I don't quite agree regarding Dart taking over. He is a passive investor when it comes to publicly listed companies (although the sample is not large, only tobacco and now gambling companies).

I really like your question "Where would the stock price be if Dart didn't accumulate 25%" (I fee like in this situation I could buy Evolution shares around 400 SEK) - very interesting point to think about thank you!

maybe so, but it's worth mentioning at least. thanks for reading and engaging, your support helps me tremendously ♥!

P.S 400SEK? Stock is going to 4,000SEK!

I don't think the pressure is coming directly from competitors but more frok piracy in Asia and indeed some regulatory changes in general.
